Position Overview:

Join our team as a Sales Executive cum Interviewer to embark on an exciting journey to meet with Successful Personality to share their life inspiring stories. Your role includes conducting interview, documenting the achievements and presenting the personality our exclusive range of products offering.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct market research to identify interview & selling possibilities and evaluate personality needs

- Invite personality for an interview via various communication channels

- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities for interview invitation through networking & social media 

- Schedule and conduct interviews with personalities in the designated markets (Malaysia, Singapore) following BPH's standardized questionnaires

- Conduct a minimum of 10-15 interviews monthly, both virtually and face-to-face

- Product presentation & offering to the personality

- Drafting the biography & other relevant information in our CRM system

- Follow up with personalities for biography confirmation

- Collaborate closely with the Sales Admin team to achieve both personal and company targets

1) Must possess at least SPM/ O-Level , Diploma or Degree in any field.

PRIMARY PURPOSE: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to

join our team in a fast-paced printing label manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be

responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing machines or handling packing/

slitting jobs at the production floor to produce high-quality labels in accordance with customer

specifications and company standards.

• Operate Printing Equipment: Set up, run, and monitor printing machines (flexographic, digital, offset, etc.) to produce labels according to production schedules and customer orders.
• Quality Control: Perform routine inspections to ensure labels meet quality standards and specifications, including color accuracy, registration, and cutting precision.
• Machine Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance on printing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed to ensure optimal performance.
• Material Handling: Manage and load materials such as rolls of label stock, inks, and adhesives into machines. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or contamination.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production runs, materials used, and any issues encountered during the production process. Report any equipment malfunctions or material shortages to the supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other production team members, including operators, supervisors, and quality control personnel, to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Education: SPM / Diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in printing or related fields is a plus.
• Experience: At least [1-3] years of experience in a production environment, preferably in the printing or label manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of printing processes (flexographic, digital, etc.), machine operation, and basic troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with label materials and adhesives is a plus.

Planning marketing campaigns and launching marketing initiatives Creating a plan for the daily social media postings of information, able to monitor and analyze post-performance, and create advertising across all social media platforms in order to better understand the interests, preferences, and behavior of the target audience. Readability should be improved by editing and polishing the text that already exists.

3. Monitor the effect of new media promotion, analysis, and user feedback. Summarize and identify efficient operational strategies to improve user engagement, grow the fan base, and promote more interaction.

4. Plan, execute, and keep an eye on all internet marketing initiatives and advertisements to achieve or exceed established standards.

• Coordinate between transportation providers to property schedule shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatchers and drivers regarding delays, issues and delays and provide immediate update to avoid unnecessarily waiting time.

Position Overview: Join our team as a Telemarketer and embark on an exciting journey connecting with influential personalities. In this role, you will research successful individuals in Indonesia and invite them to interview sessions with our dedicated editors to share their inspiring life stories. Your main responsibilities include researching personalities and extending interview invitations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to find prospective personality candidates based on the criteria and requirements set by British Publishing House.

- Approach prospective personalities through multi-channel communication platforms (via outbound calls, emails, chat, and social media).

- Schedule interview appointments (in-person or via video call) with personalities for our dedicated editors in the the CRM system.

- Utilize CRM software to update personality’s contact details and maintain interaction records between personalities, telemarketing, and editors in the system.

- Actively seek new opportunities for interview invitations through networking and social media.

- Collaborate closely with editors to achieve monthly sales and appointment targets.

Qualifications:

- SPM/O-Level, Diploma, or Degree in any field.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, marketing, or sales support.

- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust - with clients.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude and sunny disposition.

- Experience working towards time-based targets.
