Role:

- Supportive Liaison: Act as a liaison between the organization and the public, media, or stakeholders.

- Communication Support: Assist in crafting and disseminating press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.

- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing events, press conferences, or promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

- Research Assistance: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, or media contacts.

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

- Content Creation: Assist in creating content for various communication channels, including websites, blogs, and social media platforms.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other stakeholders.

- Crisis Communication Support: Assist in managing and mitigating crisis situations through effective communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting in Media Outreach: Help identify media opportunities and pitch stories to journalists or media outlets.

- Monitoring Media Coverage: Monitor media channels for coverage related to the organization and compile reports for analysis.

- Social Media Engagement: Support the management of social media accounts by creating content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.

- Event Logistics: Assist in planning and coordinating events, including venue booking, logistics, and attendee management.

- Database Management: Maintain media contact lists, influencer databases, and other relevant databases.

- Research Support: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and media landscapes to support PR strategies.

- Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

- Working hours 9pm to 3am

Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate closely with Retail Teams to deliver Client Centric strategies & actions plan in attaining a high level of Client Retention & Acquisition Rate.
• Support CE Manager in analysing past results to plan and strategise Client Engagement programmes.
• Assist CE Manager and work closely with Retail team in recruitment and cultivation of new clients.
• Effective management of CE activations and/or initiatives.
• Management of brand experiences (if any); responsible for liaising with retail team in executing In-Store OTO appointments.
• Work closely with PR & Communications team in delivering client experiences/recognition activations/initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Undergraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication or any related discipline.
• Exposure in MS Office applications
• Disciplined, well-presented with strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Resourceful, results oriented and a good team player
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines well
