Key Responsibilities

As an Event Executive Intern, you will:

• Assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of corporate and public events.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Help with logistics, including setting up event spaces, managing equipment, and ensuring all materials are ready for the event.
• Manage event registration, handle guest inquiries, and provide support during the event.
• Research and propose creative ideas for event themes, activities, and entertainment.
• Assist in creating event marketing materials, including invitations, social media posts, and promotional content.
• Provide post-event reports, feedback, and analysis to measure event success.
• Support the team in administrative tasks, such as preparing documents, presentations, and reports.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Passionate about event planning with a creative mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Prior experience in event planning or volunteering is a plus but not required.
