Description

This person will be responsible for iPhone as a camera for the world’s most innovative photographers, as a mobile edit suite film makers using software like iMovie, for social content creators on TikTok and Instagram, or for citizen journalists in urban centres. They will have more than an ear to the ground: they will be immersed in an iPhone-enabled culture of photographers, producers, content creators, influencers and media to support all Southeast Asia markets while directly managing Singapore and Malaysia. This person will also be responsible for proactive and reactive communications for Apple’s Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) work, which includes Siri, new Apple Intelligence features across all Apple products and services, and other projects.

• This role will work in partnership with the senior manager to create strategies and deliver campaigns that increase awareness and understanding of products and their software across Southeast Asia.
• The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a variety of other teams and functions to create and deliver the activity that increases awareness and understanding. This may include other product PR managers covering iPad, Mac and Services, country product PR teams in Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia, Product Marketing and Marcom teams.
• You will help us find new relationships amongst the talent and communities that use our products to deliver the world’s most exciting work, and will be tasked with leading our efforts in finding new media and social platforms through which we can tell those stories.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience preferred

Job Description

A key member of the NUS College’s Communications team, the PR & Brand manager will play a pivotal role in elevating and driving the College’s brand mindshare and reputation. As an ambitious Senior Account Executive at Thrive you will play an important role on some of the agency's most prestigious and highest profile brands in the world along with a local portfolio of accounts. You are exceptional at proactive team communication, spontaneous with ideas, a solid writer and will invest time growing your local media network and leveraging the extensive community around Thrive. You love keeping your finger on the pulse with daily news, love researching and are flexing your muscle in media relations. You love the thrill of delivering high profile events with influencers and integrated social/digital and are curious to learn more about new business preparation within the agency. You will love ideating and learning how to dial up your creative skills and you will also have a genuine interest in protecting and building brand reputations.

The Senior Account Executive is a dynamic individual who exudes a passion for PR and a hunger for success. Working closely with your account team, you SAE will have some experience and exposure to the key sectors in which Thrive operates, along with a good understanding of the local market. You will participate in, and have some responsibility with regards to representing Thrive at industry events and other functions.

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an agency, media or inhouse communications role
