【Qualifications】:

1. Bachelor degree marketing communication, digital media or related field
2. At least 3 years of experience in digital media with min 2 years in managerial role
3. At least two languages communicate Chinese and Malay
4. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platform including google ads facebook ads manager, google analytics and social media managements tools
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
6. Excellent communication and presentations skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
7. A creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand development and audience engagement
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
9. Comfortable with change and able to pivot strategies as needed to meet business goals

Job Description:

• We are looking for a Livestream Operations Manager to help organize and control our organisation activities.
• Execute live operations for TikTok and Shopee, including but not limited to standby during live sessions and providing technical help to ensure live sessions run properly.
• Add product selection cart, check and set promotion and stock.
• Responsible for the daily operation of the live room studio, covering but not limited to equipment monitors and adjustment before live.
• Brief and aid the host in monitoring incoming remarks to liven up the mood of the live session.
• Provide insights to important accounts on frequently requested topics or areas for development.

Objectives of this role

• Manage relationships with influencers and merchants to ensure successful live streaming events.
• Provide influencers and merchants with training and guidance on live streaming best practices, as well as manage the day-to-day operation of live broadcasts to ensure high quality.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to support live streaming initiatives.
• Monitor live streaming metrics and use data to guide operational improvements.
• Identify and recruit new influencers to join the platform.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: at least a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with live streaming operations for at least a year.
• Willing to work with shifting schedules
• Possess good communication skills to communicate with the host and improvise in unforeseen circumstances.
