1. 2. The incumbent is part of a self-directed, dynamic team and serves as the primary point of contact for the Imaging Department concerning issues involving the included systems. The incumbent provides first level technical support, which requires independent judgment and initiative as the PACS Administrator. Problems may be confined to a single customer or extend across imaging modalities and may require the use of various methods of analysis and problem-solving techniques. This may involve the initiation and analysis of data developed and preparation of recommendations. Incumbent maintains a support knowledge base and tracks customer problem resolution.

1. 3. The incumbent will be involved in the support and implementation of future initiatives as directed by the National Health Care database, with an emphasis on user interface, input, and training. Incumbent will provide key personnel training/instruction and guidance in the clinical information systems and PACS systems. Incumbent serves as a liaison for incoming questions from various departments (Biomedical Engineering, emergency work order phone number, and Server Room) regarding the clinical information systems and/or PACS systems applications and problems. Main duties are as follows;
• Working with people with lived experience and communication, marketing and engagement partners and stakeholders, to co – produce and deliver a robust communications and marketing plan.
• Planning, delivering and facilitating associated activities that delivers the aims and objectives of the plan.
• To work in partnership with people with lived experience and partners / stakeholders including local media, to ensure all campaigns have a common language and make best use of all available media, from traditional methods such as advertising, leaflets and editorial, to digital communications, social media and film, as well as exploring new formats.
• To be responsible for the ongoing development and upkeep of the ‘it’s all about people’ website to meet two specific requirements.• An interactive guide and toolkit for staff across the health and care system.
• To have a public facing offer which demonstrates what personalised care is and how to get involved.
• To lead on developing and delivering regular communication assets and event management
• ‘It’s all about people’ annual conference.
• Annual and bespoke personalisation awareness survey/s

JOB SUMMARY

******This is a position on first shift; the hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM*****************

After onboarding activities for compliance training, benefit selection and introductory activities, the Associate Print Shop Operator will be assigned to equipment and processes such as:

High Speed Color Roll-feed and cut-sheet color printing, High-speed Mail Inserter, ID Card Production, Laminator, SendPro Meter, US Mail and Vendor Package Shipping, Mail Sort Preparation, Quality Control and other peripheral duties associated with a Print to Mail facility.

Incumbents will be trained by senior staff and co-workers. Performance will be tracked and measured by the incumbent’s demonstrated ability to learn new skills and put them to use effectively and consistently. Coaching and guidance by the incumbent’s team manager will provide constructive feedback on progress and deliverables on training, performance goals and core behaviors.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Incumbent, on assigned equipment or processes will follow learned training techniques to meet strict guidelines in Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness to ensure multiple daily product deliveries are met. Incumbent will consistently address and escalate issues which impact Quality, Accuracy and Timeliness with senior staff or the Team Manager. Core Behavior competencies must align with the business code of conduct and working effectively and respectfully with co-workers and business partners at all times.
