Responsibilities:
- To assist in event planning and implementation from time to time.
- Coordinate with supplier or contractor on event management, equipment hire and organizing event facilities.
- To involve in all related business development activities such as organizing, attending/representative company event, product presentations, marketing material creation and other activities.
- Assist in video editing and post-production after every event/activities.
- To assist in coordinating staffing requirements for every event, liaising with designers on production of marketing tools to promote the event.
- Assist in on-going or ad-hoc or projects from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Communication Broadcasting or equivalent.
- Male preferred with at least 1 years working experience in Promotion and Marketing, Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
- Computer literate and able to converse and write in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese & English.
- Independent, aggressive & outgoing. Willing to travel outstation.
- Excellent organizational skills, clear communication and attention to details.
- Work well as part of the team ensuring smooth and efficient running of event.
