The Role:

We are looking for a mid-level to senior-level Copywriter who has a passion in writing and creative thinking. As a Copywriter in Zoo Group, you will be part of a nimble, tight-knit, and eclectic bunch of creative team, working on government, lifestyle accounts, etc. You will also be tasked to conceptualise and create engaging ideas for pitches and other existing accounts.

• Singaporean/PR Only
• Work with external creatives to develop content across all social media channels (FB, IG, YT, TT)
• Content calendar planning and execution, including generating creative copy for all online content
• Community management
• Develop and execute review generation strategies (photo, video, written) across multiple social channels
• Lead the company’s influencer marketing efforts and managing deliverables
• Develop customer retargeting strategies through social media
• Deep-dive into social media analytics in order to gather actionable insights and generate monthly reports
• Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, products, services, target audience, and competitors to stay current and ensure that the copy is accurate and competitive.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to continuously improve copywriting skills and contribute innovative ideas.
• Managing social media platforms of the organization.
• Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Possesses a Degree or Diploma in Communication, Advertising, or Arts
• 1-2 years’ experience in advertising
• Excellent command in English and a stickler for grammar, punctuation, and the like
• Strong conceptual and writing skills
• Good communication skills
• Team player and collaborator
• Willingness to grow with the team

Role:

We're looking for a meticulous, well organized individual who loves working within a through-the-line agency environment. You will have the opportunity to work across various brands and industries and be responsible for pitching new businesses and organically growing existing accounts. You should be independent, resourceful and lead by example.

Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day support in all aspects of campaign/project management such as putting in project briefs, obtaining production quotes, monitoring timelines and budget

- Maintain and manage day-to-day business relationship with assigned clients

- Assist in resource management and coordination of meetings and creative reviews

- Hands-on in developing and adhering to project timeline to ensure on-time delivery from concept to final artwork

- Follow through with Creative team to ensure on time delivery from visuals to final artwork for submission

- Work closely with the Account Leads to provide inputs on competitive research, insights and trends

- Pitch for new businesses and organically growing existing accounts

Requirements:

- Only Singaporeans/PR may apply.

- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Professional Degree in preferably a related field

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an advertising/full service agency

- Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent spoken and communication skills

- Proficient with MS office

- Familiarity with interactive projects, digital marketing and social media is a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, vendors and team members
• Ability to work with the production team to deliver engaging, creative content (graphic, image and video) and familiar with web design/digital design
• Superior collaboration and teamwork skills; experience working with cross- functional teams
• Project management experience and adaptability: Ability to re-prioritize while operating within a fast paced environment, while continuously maintaining attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
• Intermediate level in Google for Work products (Google Analytics, Sheets, Slides)
• Experience in building up a new brand and in sports industry is a huge plus
• Minimum Polytechnic qualification in Media Production & Design or Mass Comms background
• 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, for an advertiser, agency, ad tech or social media platform.
