Responsibilities:
· Design eye-catching visuals for social media posts, ads, banners, and other digital assets.
· Produce and edit short-form videos that highlight our products, promotions, and brand messaging.
· Write persuasive and engaging copy for social media posts, ads, and promotional materials.
· Contribute innovative ideas for social media campaigns and marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
· Develop original content ideas and executing them across various platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.
· Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns for maximum impact.
· Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure all designs and content align with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
· Stay current with the latest social media trends, adapting and generating innovative ideas to fulfil the objectives of various campaigns.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or relevant field.
· No experience required (relevant internship experience or minimum 2 years of marketing or social media content creation experience will be a plus).
· Experience in using design and video editing softwares (e.g. Adobe Suite, Canva, Capcut, etc.).
· Self-starter with strong project management skills, able to work independently yet effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented in order to ensure timeliness and accuracy of all communications.
· Passion for e-commerce, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle, with a strong understanding of our target audience.
· Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility and be comfortable navigating ambiguity.
