• Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X).

• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

• Ensure all social content is aligned with our social media strategy and promotes awareness, increases followers and drives engagement.
• Utilise our social media planning software to schedule content in the social calendar, ensuring all is signed off 4 weeks in advance.
• Liaise with our graphic designers and videographers to brief assets for our social channels and manage our brand asset library.
• Repost all social posts across channels (i.e. Instagram stories and tweets) to drive engagement, showcasing community and customer content
