A Day in the Life:
· Manage on-site projects to ensure timely completion
· Liaise with vendors on event set up, work progress and work schedules
· Prepare quotation and manage vendors on site
· Prepare project-budget and billing
· Coordinate work between team and vendors to ensure the projects run smoothly
· Control quality of work and ensure that vendors that we work with have done the set up in order
· Monitor daily progress of work
· Work closely with sales team, clients and vendors/suppliers on issues
Who We Are Looking For:
· Degree / Diploma in Event Management or equivalent
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management in brand activation and/or events
· Self-motivated and result-oriented
· Strong interpersonal and communications skills
