Your new role
The firm are seeking a Senior Associate or Principal Associate with expertise in sports law to join one of their seven offices. In this role, you'll collaborate with senior professionals, and other members of the Regulatory, Public, and Commercial Disputes team. The firm's sports team provides legal representation for players' associations, individual athletes, clubs, and agents across a broad spectrum of sports law issues. These include regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, image rights, marketability, and personal matters. The ideal candidate would also handle media and entertainment-related work.Additionally, the firm has substantial experience advising leagues and governing bodies on corporate governance matters.
What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a dynamic and motivated associate who thrives in a fast-paced, international team. The ideal candidate possesses strong regulatory and dispute resolution experience, gained either from a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal team. Handling intricate regulatory and contentious sports law matters, as well as having media and entertainment expertise, is essential. Additionally, the firm will value someone who can foster introductions and explore new work opportunities for the team.
