About the Role

[팀 소개]
운영관리팀은 설계사 위/해촉 관리 및 보증관리 등을 통한 영업인사 지원을 안정적으로 하며, 제휴사 매출검증, 정확한 수수료정산을 통한 회사의 목표 달성에 기여합니다.

[주요 업무]

1. 영업채널별 지급수수료 및 시책비 산출, 검증 관리

2. 제휴보험사 수입수수료 및 시책 검증, 관리

3. 수수료율 변경 사항 적용 등 수수료 관련 전산운영 (신규개발 및 유지보수)

4. 수수료 지급 및 비용 처리 제반

5. 위촉계약직 사업소득 관련 업무 (자료산출, 연말정산 등)

[자격요건]

- 보험회사 또는 GA수수료 운영 업무 3년 이상

- 대학교 이상 졸업자

- MS Office 활용 능력

- 분석적 사고 및 커뮤니케이션 능력

[근무조건]

- 고용형태: 정규직
