The role – Cleaner/Caretaker
As a Cleaner/Caretaker you will be at responsible for delivering the day-to-day cleaning & caretaking services on our Estates in Stevenage and Hertfordshire where no 2 days are the same.

Carry out cleaning & caretaking on the internal and external communal areas to a high standard
Ensure all sites meet Health & Safety standards
Maintain a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents
Skills and experience we'd like you to have
We’re looking for someone who:
has experience of cleaning and caretaking in a residential setting or similar role
is physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role
has a basic understanding of Health & Safety within a caretaking setting
can demonstrate good customer service skills
has the ability to prioritise their workload
Has a Drivers Licence
