Job Responsibilities:
<For Finance and Accounting>
□Prepare half-yearly and yearly financial budgets.
□Analyse and compare financial, sales, and administrative budgets with actual results.
□Analysis of monthly accounting, sales and management results.
□Prepare quarterly financial reports (financial results and forecasts) to Kobe Steel .
□Preparation of internal control and closing progress documents.
□Improvement of accounting, sales, and management systems.
□Attend Kobe Steel (Japan, Tokyo) to explain the budget plan.
□Investigate consolidated profitability by item in cooperation with Kobe Steel and formulate improvement plans.
<For General Affairs and Human Resources>
□Supervise the General Affairs and Human Resources departments and provide guidance and involvement in all aspects of human resources, from strategic issues to operational issues, including improvement of departmental operational processes.
□Promote effective performance management that measures, evaluates, and rewards employees.
□Design/redesign/review jobs and ensure that job responsibilities are aligned with the company's business activities
