1. As an AFIMSC Project Manager (PM), executes projects for substantial new construction, renovations, and improvements for real property facilities, encompassing highly specialized or unique requirements, in accordance with all DoD, Air Force, international agreements, and applicable host nation laws and regulations.

Collaborates with engineers, scientists, and other expert personnel at federal agencies, higher headquarters (HQ USAF, AF MAJCOMs, and FOAs) installation organizations, host nation agencies, other military services, and private organizations to ensure effective identification, evaluation, and provide a unique solution to complex engineering project management issues.

Continued from Summary: Incumbent provides Division with technical support in the identification and validation of contingency repair and facility requirements to address a range of contingencies ranging from natural disaster to manmade or wartime, that threaten our installations and their facilities. Incumbent assists in the identification and validation of facility requirements for major force structure changes and new mission beddowns.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• As command Homeland Defense and Plans Manager, ensures requirement focused allocation and upgrades of ADR equipment, material, and manpower is provided to support PACAF installations and identifies and supports development of new facility construction/ renovation criteria is developed to ensure continuity of operations following a natural disaster, accident or attack on our installation(s).
• Supports on-going and future Joint Concept Technology Demonstrations and other efforts developing new and upgraded capabilities in support of Duty 1.
• Provide operational and program management support to Division.
• Provide professional engineering analytical expertise and operational/program management.
