Roles & Responsibilities

Restaurant Captains will be hired to provide the core service of the restaurant’s product. These individuals are responsible for delivering the guests’ experience on a day-to-day basis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties

1. Provide friendly, excellent and professional service to all guests.

2. Responsible for handling food and beverage orders and serving guests.

2. Ability to charm guests with his/her knowledge of the food & beverage products in a friendly and approachable manner.

3. Ability to explain the food menu in terms of preparation methods, ingredients used, portion size and presentation.

4. General knowledge about food allergies, dietary restriction, common brand of beverages to ensure smooth recommendation to gusts.

5. Ability to read the different types of guests and dining clientele.

6. Ability to mold his/her service output to suit the type of clientele that he/she is serving at the table.

7. Maintain the utmost cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

5. Building relationships:

6. Collaboration with Operations Team:

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure a clear understanding of client expectations.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from the sales phase to the implementation of cleaning services.

7. Contract Renewals:

• Monitor contract expiration dates and proactively engage in contract renewal discussions.
• Identify opportunities for suggestions on any additional cleaning services to existing clients.

8. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Main accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, contracts, and communications.
• Utilize digital tools for effective management of client details.

9. Reporting:

• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance against targets, and forecasts for future business.

10. Compliance and Legal Understanding:

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to cleaning contracts.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to review and finalize contract terms, if required.

11. Customer Satisfaction:

• Monitor client satisfaction with the cleaning services provided and address any issues promptly.
• Seek feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

Prior experience in cleaning industry is preferred.

Must have strong computer literacy skills as you will be required to liaise with clients via emails, preparing of presentations and contracts using various Microsoft apps.
