1. Job Responsibilities:
The General Manager of the Esports Chain Company will be responsible for the planning, investment, construction, and operation of the chain of esports cybercafés and esports hotels. The role aims to ensure the successful expansion, investment, construction, and management of these operations in Singapore, thus promoting the local esports industry. This position encompasses company-wide strategic planning, investment, budgeting and financial management, as well as team management and motivation.
2. Job Description:
1) Formulate and implement plans for the selection of locations, investment, construction, and operation of the company's esports chain stores.
2) Organize relevant departments to complete preliminary preparations, decoration supervision, commercial operations, and property management for projects. Fully participate in progress, quality, and safety management, supervise the execution of construction plans, and oversee project commercial operations to ensure the quality, progress, and opening rate of the project.
3) Oversee the company's budget and finances, coordinate resource allocation according to the plan, and ensure effective financial management.
4) Establish and maintain the company team to ensure effective management and motivation of the team.
5) Attend major public relations events on behalf of the company, build and maintain good relationships with relevant departments and media organizations, and handle external communication.
6) Regularly report company performance to the Board of Directors.
3. Job Requirements:
1) Aged 30-60 years, bachelor’s degree or above in economics, investment, business, real
estate, marketing, or related fields, ideally with a combined knowledge structure (e.g., investment + marketing, or finance + management).
2) Over 10 years of work experience and at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably with full-cycle investment, development, or management experience in chain esports cybercafés or esports hotels (with at least 5 chain locations).
3) Familiarity with the full spectrum of commercial business processes; hands-on experience in large-scale commercial projects and team management, with considerable operational resource accumulation.
4) Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, communication, and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
5) Good team spirit and cross-department collaboration skills, with strong logical analysis and management abilities.
6) Knowledge of and compliance with Singapore's local laws and regulations, with high levels of integrity and adherence to professional ethics.
7) Proficiency in English or Chinese, with the ability to communicate fluently.
4. Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary and generous benefits package, with a monthly salary of 11,000 to 13,000 SGD.
