Scope of Works:

1. Cleaning the rooms at Zhulin block where General Office is located.
2. Logistics support for school programmes and events, e.g. prepare the refreshment set-up, table arrangement, prepare goodie bags, etc.
3. Preferably has past working experience with reporting hours at 7.00am or earlier.
4. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Administration Manager.

• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including work progress, equipment use, and material consumption.
• Report regularly to the Construction Manager or Project Manager on site conditions, progress, and any delays or issues encountered.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and work specifications.
• Oversee daily office operations, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
• Ensure the maintenance of office records and filing systems (both physical and electronic).
• Coordinate office meetings, conferences, and appointments.

Ensure practice is in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and work within limits of competence.Assist the Ward/Department manager in maintaining standards of nursing practice. Carry out and advise/supervise junior staff in the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluating of nursing care. Carry out the daily personal care of patients. To take charge of the clinical area in the absence of the Ward/Department Sister/ Charge Nurse. To ensure the patient administration systems e.g. PAS are up-dated to ensure real time data collection and confidentiality. To ensure the effective use of information technology for the benefit of patient care in accordance with the Trusts Cyber Code of Conduct. To ensure the confidentiality of information (written, verbal, electronic) is maintained, whilst being aware of the Freedom for Information Act. To co-ordinate and monitor the progress of patients within their plan of care and to promptly and effectively communicate relevant changes in patient status to the multi-disciplinary team. Effectively communicate complex, sensitive or contentious information to the multi-disciplinary team gaining their co-operation. To ensure that all staff adhere to Trust policies and the principles of their professional body. To manage complaints in accordance with the Trusts Complaints Procedure. To assist in the development of patient information liaising with PALS as necessary. Use leadership skills to create an environment that is safe and supportive to ensure effective teamwork and a motivated, efficient workforce. Gain awareness of resource management and departmental budgets utilising allocated resources appropriately. The position is responsible for daily engineering sections to support the hotel operations.

Primary Responsibilities

Daily Engineering Operations

• To cut, fabricate and install wooden and other structures according to specifications.
• Reads blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirement.
• Takes measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other materials (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements.
• Builds window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
• Lays out floorings, roofing or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible.
• Carves and assembles furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated.
• Builds scaffolding and other construction structures.
• Rectifies equipment and facilities breakdown as required.
• Responds to requests relating to carpentry issues from hotel patrons in a timely and efficient manner.
• Replaces faulty components / parts as required.

Preventive Maintenance

• Rectifies / Repairs damaged furniture to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.
• Rectifies / Repairs defective building surfaces to the highest quality level and in a timely manner.

Candidate Profile

Knowledge and Experience

• Proven experience as carpenter
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials
• Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
• Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines at all times
• Good knowledge of English
• Good understanding of basic math
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Related or relevant carpentry training/certification preferred.
