We are looking for a Procurement Professional for the UK Public Sector market.
Our Global Procurement is responsible for managing all spend with our 3rd party suppliers.
The UK market is a key contributor to our overall revenue and therefore the UK Procurement team deals with high spend and complex contract negotiation ideally with experience in Software, Managed Service consultancy.
This is a busy and varied role, providing purchasing support to UK stakeholders. The candidate will be joining a dedicated team of Procurement professionals based in the UK and colleagues around Europe who support the UKI market.
The candidate will be involved in negotiating and contracting with selected vendors, providing advice and guidance on complex and sensitive commercial issues, as well as duly documenting all deals in procurements SAP Ariba S2P tool.

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Procurement Professional has the responsibility to achieve best overall value when acquiring or contracting for goods, services and intellectual property assets. As such, your principal responsibilities are to:
* Ensure an effective procurement process is defined and operated;
* Create appropriate contract documentation, including flow down terms, mirroring of terms from customer contract to a vendor contract;
* Advise and guide business on third party supplier commercial relationships;
* Develop and manage Tenders/Requests for Purchase), including response analysis and assessment with stakeholder;
* Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and work with legal staff where appropriate;
* Select suppliers and conduct a fair value determination;
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
* Maintain effective audit trails for all sourcing activities
* Establish effective process indicators that demonstrate performance against these measurements;
* Track and monitor savings

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Experience in engaging and dealing with Public Sector clients.
* Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) (not mandated if candidate can demonstrate skill set from prior experience)
* Proven experience in supply chain and supply relationship management.
* Established Government Security Clearance ref Home Office/ DVLA/ MOD clearance.

Find & Treat are currently recruiting a B5 radiographer.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of both the Find & Treat Mobile Health Unit Mobile X-ray Camera and the new Portable DRGo System.

You will need to be dynamic in your approach to your duties and welcoming to challenges that are somewhat unusual for a traditional radiography post.

Your regular place of work will be community based. This will either be on the Mobile Health Unit or working internally within our stakeholder venues in a designated safe space.

You will need an adaptive work ethic that is open minded and be sympathetic to vulnerable members of society. Be open to working in custodial settings for example HMP estates.

The DGM will ensure this is a seamless pathway at the CWH site and will line manage the Service Managers based within A&E and Acute Medicine to ensure continuity across the entire service within the Trust. Ensuring the smooth flow of patients through A&E, for any acutely unwell patients requiring admission to an acute assessment unit, the DGM will be responsible for ensuring adequate levels of medical staffing with the support of a team of medical rota coordinators. Furthermore, the DGM will support in the development of strategic discharge pathways in collaboration with the site team. The Deputy General Manager will work alongside the General Manager in the delivery of the Directorate financial, quality, performance, productivity and workforce targets, agreed as part of the Divisions business planning, appraisal and personal development process. There will be an important component of the role which requires the successful candidate to have a transformational mind-set, approaching challenges with an inquisitive and constructively critical perspective where innovative solutions are found to complex problems. The Deputy General Manager will be accountable for establishing and maintaining effective structures and systems of control for the management of staff, including recruitment, appraisal, continuing professional development and support of the Trusts Human Resource policies and procedures predominantly at the Chelsea and Westminster site, but ensuring continuity at the West Middlesex University Hospital site. The Deputy General Manager will be expected to establish collaborative relationships with colleagues, working in partnership within the Trust and with external agencies to ensure delivery of the divisions business plan and strategic vision. The Deputy General Manager will ensure that line management of his or her staff is undertaken professionally and that each member of staff has a development and training plan consistent with Divisional and Trust objectives. The candidate will be required to line manage the Service Managers to deliver an effective and aligned service across the organisation and support all the staff whom the Service Managers are responsible for the line management of. The Deputy General Manager will be expected to work between the two main hospital sites, delivering a consistent level of cover and leadership between the sites.

Job Duties

• Good sound electrical knowledge. Able to complete EICR's in commercial/Industrial properties
• Extensive knowledge of single and three-phase fault finding and 1st time fixes.
• 3 Phase DB changes
• To conduct electrical repairs / minor works.
• To liaise with the helpdesk for planned and routine maintenance programmes and reporting procedures.
• To work to recognised industry standards at all times.
• To maintain records of all work, and that required paperwork is completed and sent in within the defined timescales.
• To undertake training as required to perform the duties of the role, including health and safety courses and further trade development to maintain current knowledge and professional qualifications (Continued Professional Development).
• Ability to act on own initiative.
• Able to pass enhanced DBS disclosure
• Full driving clean licence required (Minor offences / points may be considered).
• Own hand tools required, A van for business use, Tablet device and uniform will be supplied as will any specialist / test equipment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Must have previous experience working independently and within a team in the building services engineering industry.
• Ideally be ECS JIB registered
• C&G 2391 OR C&G 2394 & 2395 OR EAL 2625 (inspection and testing)- Candidates will be considered without this if they willing to do it and fund it themselves in the first 6 months
• C&G 2382 (18th edition regulations)- 17th will be considered if candidates commit to doing the 18th in the next three months
• C&G 2360 part 1 and 2 OR C&G 2330 level 2 and 3 OR C&G 2365 level 2 and 3 (electrical theory)C&G 2356 NVQ level 3 OR C&G 2346 NVQ level 3 OR C&G 2357 NVQ level 3 (portfolio/experienced worker assessment).AM2 (practical skills test)
