Cleaner For St Peter’s Primary School (Farnworth)

10 hours Per Week- to begin 4th November 2024

Grade A SCP 1 £6,145 per annum (actual salary)

We are looking to appoint a cleaner to join our team as soon as possible.

We are looking to appoint someone who is:

Able to provide cleaning services to our school. You will be required to undertake general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and toilet cleaning.

Available to work at the following times Mon Fri, either :

Mornings between 6.45am and 8.45am,

or

Afternoons between 3.30pm and 5.30pm

You will need to be reliable, punctual, task focussed and motivated to get the job done. Previous experience is not necessary but you’ll need to be able to follow instructions and work to an agreed schedule.

Main Duties:

To provide a cleaning service within the school premises

• Perform commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing designated areas
• Empty bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean washrooms and restock supplies as needed
• Report any damages or repairs to management promptly
• Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times

The successful candidate will be someone who:

The working hours will be:

Post 1: 10 Hours, Monday Friday, 6.30 - 8.30am OR 3.20 - 5.20pm

Post 2: 25 Hours, Monday Friday, 6.30 8.30am AND 3.20 6.20pm
