You will become part of our friendly, reliable Void team that works together to ensure that our Void housing stock is cleaned and maintained to a high and safe standard.
What are the main duties of a Cleaner?
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Cleaning of Void/Empty properties, carpet cleans, deep cleans and ad-hoc cleaning tasks around the district, for this a vehicle will be supplied each day.
Occasional cleaning within occupied properties/communal areas.
Maintain Health and Safety standards.
Ensure that supplied equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
Ensure all Tenant requests are dealt with promptly and politely.
Work to agreed time allocations for each job given.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following experience, skills, behaviours:
Effectively multitask and prioritise whilst keeping to tight deadlines.
Demonstrate attention to detail
Work well in a highly pressurised environment
Work as part of a team and use own initiative
Timekeeping and attendance must be consistent and of a high standard
Cleaning experience is preferred but full training and uniform will be provided
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 08:00-16:00 (with 30-minute lunch break)
Please note:
Applicant must hold a full clean driving license
