We are looking for a Cleaning Technician to join our team in Banbury. You will be responsible for cleaning office areas and communal areas, including stairs, lift, toilets and kitchen and removing any litter from the external yard on a daily basis, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are met. A company van will be provided to travel to the different sites, along with the tools needed to provide an excellent cleaning service.

The role of Mobile Cleaner will include:

- General cleaning duties to include vacuuming and sweeping, wiping down and sanitising surfaces, dusting at low and high levels, cleaning internal glass, mopping floors, cleaning toilets/bathrooms/shower rooms, cleaning kitchens and other rooms and removal of rubbish and debris and on occasion bulk items
- Undertaking regular risk assessments to identify and report potential hazards or faults on site, to maintain a safe environment
- Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of allocated work
- Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a good, workable condition and stock levels are maintained
- Providing a professional, courteous and customer friendly approach to all working tasks


Skills and experiences:

- Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential
- British Institute Certificate in cleaning services is desirable
- Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery is desirable
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workload
- This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence.

In accordance with the practice rota, as agreed, the post-holder will make him/her-self available to undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing/authorising repeat prescriptions and dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion. Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within the organisation Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems Screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness In consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols, developing care plans for health Providing counselling and health education Admitting or discharging patients to and from the caseload and referring to other care providers as appropriate Recording clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards Collecting data for audit purposes Compiling and issuing computer-generated acute and repeat prescriptions Prescribing in accordance with the ICB prescribing formulary whenever this is clinically appropriate The post-holder will be required to visit patients during surgery time in an emergency if clinically indicated. Come and be a Housekeeper atBanbury Town Centre (Castle Quay) Premier Inn. You'll join a fun housekeeping team that takes pride in cleaning to create the hotel rooms that help our guests rest easy. Immediate start, no experience needed.



PAY RATE: Up to £11.79 per hour


CONTRACT TYPE: Fixed Term - we don't do zero hours contracts!




HOURS: 16-25 hours overa 3/5 days week.Monday to Friday 9am start time and Saturday and Sunday 10am start time.
16 hours over 3 days a week.
25 hours over 5 days a week.

Carpenter needed in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire

Daniel Owen are looking for an experienced 1st fix carpenter to work on a large mansion extension in Hook Norton.

The carpenter will be required to carry out 1st fix work at a high level. The job will involve wall battening, ply boarding, plaster-boarding.

The successful carpenter will need to be able to provide references proving experience on similar projects, have all their own tools, PPE, and transport.
