Job Duties
1. Business Plan management.
- Develops regional management goals and objectives towards growth of products in line with corporate direction.
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies towards achieving and profit objectives, including efficient cost management.
- Suggest and propose appropriate resources to conduct and complete its business activities.
- Annual and Half-yearly Business Planning.
- Monitor and manage the monthly, quarterly and yearly regional performance according to set targets and KPIs.
2. Regional Sales & Marketing
- Provides leadership in management of sales, marketing and account management, fostering a team-based culture.
- Sets clear targets for the growth and development of the product.
- Oversees business activities relating to the product.
- Close monitoring of product performance against set targets and objectives and to take countermeasures for improvement when needed.
- Ensures full compliance in various areas of operations, including the use of management tools such as CRM, and managing risks.
- Conducts periodic market studies to fully understand the prevailing market conditions affecting business, and drives sales activities in accordance with the market realities.
- Leads in-country project solutions design included data gathering and analysis, optimization, process improvements and reengineering, costing.
- Provides marketing information in support of sales activities.
- Periodical review of existing products and explore new products which can contribute to business enhancement.
- Provides promotional material at periodic intervals for product development, especially new services or solutions.
- Periodic analysis of business results, and provides improved support if necessary.
- Coordinate Business Developments, Campaigns, and Pipeline activities.
- Support and assist in ad hoc business projects.
- New service development, if any.
3. Others
- Compiles various business performance report from respective companies.
- Reviews and analyzes the result of the various performance report.
- Compiles and updates corporate profile data.
- Prepares data analysis tool to support country management.
Requirements
- A University Degree or Professional Qualification.
- 10 to 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in management position with profit and loss responsibility.
- Good analytical skills and a proven ability in new business development.
- Strong leadership and motivator, and the ability to build, lead and motivate a dynamic team.
