Contract Duration: Temporary Maternity Cover until 10 August 2025 or the earlier return of the post holder.

Please note that the annual salary advertised is for a full-time role, based on 37 hours per week. If the position you are applying for is part time or you are only going to be working part of the year, i.e., a term time contract for 38 or 39 weeks per year, the annual salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis including a number of additional weeks for annual leave entitlement when the position is term time
Role Purpose
Assist in the preparation, production and service of food as required under the supervision of the Cook and will assist in the promotion of the ethos of Better Eating Better Learning within the school environment.
Essential
Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate / RIPHH Certificate or must be willing to achieve within 6 months
A knowledge of allergens, food temperatures, basic kitchen knowledge all of which can be found on food standards Scotland
