• Bertanggung jawab atas dokumen-dokumen yang ditangani oleh General Affair untuk pengiriman.
• Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin terhadap jadwal pengiriman harian dan berkala.
• Memastikan proses pengiriman dokumen penting seperti BPKB, dari cabang ke HO, begitu juga sebaliknya.
• Memastikan pengembalian dokumen dari kurir ekspedisi ke HO berjalan dengan baik.
• Membagikan semua dokumen yang telah dikelola administrasinya ke masing-masing departemen.
• Melaksanakan tugas tambahan lain sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan instruksi dari tim GA.

• Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.

• Memahami administrasi menggunakan komputer.
• Memiliki pengalaman sebagai admin dan pengatur pengiriman ekspedisi.
• Mampu menganalisis data menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
• Bersedia bekerja secara onsite di kantor yang berlokasi di Menara Sentraya, Blok M.
