You will be able to find a full Job description and Person Specification attached within the supporting documents or please click Apply now to view in Trac The post holder will work collaboratively with the Directorate Management Team and ABUHB Head of Speech and Language Therapy (SLT) in the development of an efficient and effective SLT service for children and young people with neurodivergent profiles and their families accessing Neurodevelopmental services in ABUHB. This will include the coordination and evaluation of service delivery and the development of joined up SLT service provision across all aspects of Neurodevelopmental service delivery. The post holder will be clinically accountable for the practice of all SLT staff working in the paediatric Neurodevelopmental service. They will take professional responsibility for the SLT staff and will be required to work closely with Team Managers, Senior clinicians and the Directorate Management Team to ensure effective planning, development and organisation of the delivery of SLT services within the directorate. A key component of this role will involve active participation in the Family directorate management team.
