We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Executive - Land & General Management under the direct supervision of the CEO. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the executive management function, with a primary focus on strategy execution, research, report generation, and analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong research and analytical skills, capable of supporting the CEO in driving organizational goals and initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy Execution:
- Assist the CEO in the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic plans.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives and projects.
2. Analysis:
- Perform detailed financial, operational, and strategic analysis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations.
- Support the CEO in evaluating business performance and strategic outcomes.
3. Research:
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
- Stay informed about developments within the industry to provide actionable insights.
4. Report Generation:
- Develop comprehensive reports for executive meetings, board presentations, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all reports and presentations.
- Gather and analyze data to support decision-making processes.
5. Project Management:
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
6. Communication:
- Facilitate communication between the CEO and other senior executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and review internal and external communications.
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Preferably at-least 1-2 years of experience, open to fresh graduates with similar internship experience
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
