Applications are invited for the post of Regional Manager in the International Student Recruitment team (ISR) within Global Engagement in the Directorate of Marketing and Communications.
Reporting to the Head of International Student Recruitment, the role holder will lead the planning and implementation of student recruitment and marketing activities in identified international markets for Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes at Royal Holloway. The role will have an initial market focus of Europe and Americas, though additional and differing markets may be added over time. They will aim to maximise the number of applications received from identified markets and support the conversion of those applicants to enrolled students whilst developing effective systems to improve quality, diversity and ensure excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be positive, pro-active, organised and efficient. They will be educated to at least degree level with experience working in Higher Education student recruitment and developing and delivering recruitment and marketing strategies which deliver against agreed targets and outcomes. You will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to establish strong and effective relationships both internally and externally to the University, and to demonstrate the ability to forecast and manage a budget effectively and produce data-driven reports.

The post is based in Egham, Surrey where the University is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London but travel to our London campus in Bloomsbury and other locations, both overseas in and sometimes in the UK will be required. When not travelling for work, a mix of time in the office and from home will be required.
