Postion Overview

The Charity Officer will work closely with the senior leadership at ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR), supporting the day-to-day management of all internal operations and programs. The role also includes handling backend processes, operational matters, and supporting fundraising efforts. Key Responsibilities

1.Staff and Volunteer ManagementSupervise interns to execute long-term and short term programs at IRR ensuring effective workload management.
Assist in identifying future hiring needs and coordinating recruitment efforts for volunteers and interns.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers for various activities and events.
Manage the volunteer database, track program milestones and other key indicators of progress at IRR.
