The Bid Director owns and co-ordinates the bid process; starting with capture, tender all the way to bid outcome. The role will also own strategic off-market extension of agreed key accounts.

They'll build the right bid team with the relevant skills and knowledge required to win. This is a networked role that needs someone who can work under pressure and to stretching deadlines.

Main Duties

We are looking for a new Solutions Director to join the team specialising within Fire and Security services across the UK. You will work to develop and implement a programme of activity to identify and build relationships with key stakeholders and potential customers, improving awareness of Mitie commercial FM capabilities.

4.1 Laboratory Operational Management Direct and lead all aspects of the scientific and innovation activity of the GLH and associated laboratories within the GLH Responsible for the Synnovis bioinformatics / informatics team ensuring that the needs of the Synnovis laboratories are met and that processes are continuously streamlined. The Deputy Director, Highly Specialised Services leads on multiple projects and programmes relating to highly specialised services. These are often complex streams of work without pre-determined outcomes, involving the development of matrix teams to support the work and relationships with stakeholders within the national specialised commissioning team, other parts of NHS England including regional teams, ICBs, providers, clinicians, networks and patient representatives.
