• • Reporting to Senior Manager.
  • Responsible for overseeing all field operational activities for oil palm and fertigation related horticultural projects.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with the appropriate supervisors and foremen to make sure that the estate operates as efficiently as possible from planting through harvesting.
  • To monitor day-to-day plantation operations and to identify problem areas and take corrective actions, ensuring operating expenses and profitability are maximized and annual target plantings/harvests are met.
  • To ensure appropriate monitoring systems are put in place for all plantation tending tasks, such as general tractor work, spraying, weeding, trimming, harvesting, and slashing, as well as protection against fire and disease.
  • To liaise with the plantation management team on management of fertigation scheduling and other irrigation duties, regular plantation pest and disease inspections, leaf and soil tests for plant nutrition and appropriate maintenance of plantation plant and equipment.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis and devise contingency plans.
  • To implement strategies, review and set triggers to ensure KPIs and objectives are met in respective divisions.
  • Build relationship with key stakeholders and also local government and community around the estate.
  • Inspecting the plantations and prepare submission written report after each visit detailing the state and conditions of all aspects of the estate together with necessary recommendation.
  • Plan, organize, implement and control all operations and activities within the Estate according to the practice and guidelines provided by the Company.
  • Provide effective leadership and motivation.
  • To prepare necessary daily/weekly/monthly reports for presentation to Senior Manager.

• • Candidates must possess a Diploma/Degree in Agriculture/Aquaculture/ Horticulture/ Plantations or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Management position in the Oil Palm Plantation / Cash Crop Industry and development on peat soil land.

The regulatory affairs consultant for Asia Pacific will provide regulatory strategic and tactical leadership for drug development projects, including health authority interactions, regulatory submissions, clinical trial applications and other regulatory requirements in line with GARDP objectives, timelines and budgets. This role requires a deep understanding of local regulatory requirements and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Preparation and submission of local Clinical Trial Application to regulatory authorities and IRB/IEC as soon as possible to obtain all necessary regulatory approvals within defined timelines.
• Primary responsible person for communication with RA and ECs during the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Manage and support the clinical research organization responsible for clinical trial applications for NEOSEP Part 2 to regulatory authorities and ethic committees in the Asian countries (Bangladesh, Vietnam, Malaysia, India and Pakistan).
• Complete regulatory intelligence on regulatory pathways for registration of old antibiotics in the Asian countries
• Manage and support the sublicensee responsible for the STI product registration in Asian countries.
• Assess and communicate the impact of relevant regulatory policies, regulations, country legislation in relation to the GARDP product portfolio.
• Compile and assesses regulatory intelligence to assist in the development of local, regional regulatory strategies.
• Develop new regulatory affairs policies, processes, and standard operating procedures for the GARDP RA system.
• Support the articulation of the regulatory requirements for the early access programs.
• Attend project team meetings (in absence of the HEAD of RA) to provide technical guidance and support on regulatory activities in Asia Pacific.

Your Focus

• Develop partnerships with relevant organisations to identify training needs or other potential collaboration opportunities
• Design and drive programme to build startups
• Develop and execute strategy for outreach to students with special needs
• Mentor startups in entrepreneurship programmes by managing their milestones and progress
• Conduct evaluation and assessment of startups
• Manage data and reports to key stakeholders and funders

Other Responsibilities

• Drive community building initiatives and manage relationship development of community of startups, mentors, partners, corporates and alumni
• Provide coaching and advisory support for fundraising and grant application activity
• Assist in overseas expansion and/or incorporation of startups locally and in the region, especially in ASEAN, China and India
• Undertake secondary appointments or duties in SUSS as required

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about entrepreneurship, have awareness of current and emerging practices in the startup industry, are committed to help guide and mentor startups and aspiring entrepreneurs, and can fulfil operational and administrative duties.

Candidates should be intellectually nimble, have an eye for collaborative possibilities and the ability to tackle challenging situations with finesse and determination. A willingness to travel is also expected. Candidate should also have a good understanding of the special needs ecosystem. Prior experience e.g. with a start up, VC/incubator, special needs community and/or in building and managing a community is a plus.

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience.

An opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with 2 years' experience to join an established residential children's home. This full-time permanent role offers excellent benefits and a salary of £50,000.

As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the children's home, managing the service to meet and exceed regulatory and organisational standards.

You Will Be Responsible For:

- Leading the registration process with Ofsted to secure full operational approval for the home.

- Supervising, mentoring, and appraising staff to ensure effective service delivery and professional development.

- Ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations 2015, safeguarding policies, and other relevant legislation.

- Addressing and implementing recommendations from inspections and Regulation 44 reports within required timeframes.

- Preparing detailed written reports for reviews, case conferences, and other formal meetings, ensuring actions are implemented promptly.

What We Are Looking For:
