- Responsible for developing and maintaining the Installation Master Plan using engineering, architectural, landscape architectural, and planning principles.
- Coordinate all Geographical Information system (GIS) activities and ensure compliance with the Installation regulations and policies complying with the Installation design guide.
- Serve as the installation Commanders representative to all major commands in determination of unit stationing allowances, priorities and real property management.
- Prepare and conduct briefs to the installation command group on current and long-range planning.
- Perform all functions pertaining to the acquisition, inventory, disposal, and reporting of all real property for the installation.
- Prepare and submit recommendations on the unit stationing based on available facilities, mission requirements, environmental and economic impact and projected MILCON construction.
- Directly supervise the division staff and perform the full range of first line supervisory functions.
