Our client is looking for an experienced and exceptional individual to run their newly refurbish countryside pub in the heart of the Sussex, the pub has recently been completely renovated from top to bottom, with over 1 million pounds worth of investment. The aim for the pub is to be food led, serving pub classics in a relaxed, family friendly environment, that will be recognised as one of Sussex's top food destinations.

This is an amazing opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual who truly loves hospitality and strives to deliver the highest level of service to their guests. The ideal candidate should be from within a high-profile pub/restaurant setting where the highest level of service is offered. • Managing GP to maximise profitability
