RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Maintain QMS documents for the accreditations of ISO/IEC 17025 & SAC-Singlas in Non-destructive Test (NDT) field.
· Handle external assessment and audits by external/internal auditors and governmental bodies
· Maintain & develop quality manual, procedures, forms, etc.
· Develop training programs and materials pertaining to laboratory quality management system in company.
· Maintain laboratory’s equipment and tools' calibration program.
· Attend to customers' requests for quality-related documents.
· Support overseas branches for NDT related quality matters.
· Carry out investigations should there be any valid customer complaint.
· Perform root cause analysis for identified non-conforming works.
· Arrange proficiency testing or inter-laboratory comparison program.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Sciences from a recognised institution.
· Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a similar industry or Marine, Oil & Gas and QA/QC industries would be an advantage, i.e. industrial attachment, previous job.
· Need to possess ASNT NDT Level 3 or equivalent in Magnetic Particle testing, Dye Penetrant Test, Ultrasonic Test (A-scan) & Radiographic Test (Gamma, X-ray, Digital radiography)
· Organized and attentive to details
· Able to multitask and highly proficient at work.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision, and work under pressure
· Proactive and has the “can do” attitude.
· Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Willing to travel overseas when necessary.
