- You will lead multi-disciplinary teams of design and construction engineers that both design facility projects and oversee construction.
- You will determine work priorities for employees to ensure performance to plan goals are met.
- You will lead design staff in performing project management roles for the project (scope, cost, and schedule) from preliminary design authorization to project closeout.
- You will oversee the development of plans and specifications, design-build Requests for Proposals (RFPs), cost engineering and consultation services to primarily support Category I and II work products.
- You will provide construction engineering expertise on projects managed within the PDCB, particularly those of an unusual or complex nature.
- You will review and approve the PWD position concerning contractor entitlement for change through interpretation of contract clauses and the technical requirements of plans and specifications.
