The post-holder will manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered patients. JOB SUMMARY The post holder will be working closely with the Associate Director of Nursing, Associate Director of Operations, the General Managers and the Associate Director for AHPs. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate strong AHP leadership and provide highly specialist AHP advice. The post holder will be expected to provide clinical and professional leadership including support, guidance and representing the broad views of the AHPs within childrens services and will need to achieve a level of visibility that enables these views to be represented equally from all professions and to inform a clear AHP/ Nursing strategy for the organisation and wider system. The post holder will be expected to interpret national guidance in relation to children and young people and advise on the implementation within the modernising and changing environment of all AHP professions provided by the Directorate. The MHAH & HTT provide a service to people experiencing an acute psychiatric crisis (functional or organic) who require urgent assessment to determine the required interventions using the least restrictive environment to facilitate recovery. The post holder will provide; Telephonic triages Urgent Assessments of mental health needs and risk Formulation of plans of care in an acute crisis Medication home treatment Evidenced based intervention that follow the cluster pathway Monitoring concordance to care and treatment plans Support Care packages as required to meet the needs e.g. Organic patients Contribute to the review of care Supervise junior staff providing care delivery The post holder will also be required to manage on a rotational basis the operational duty system, and provide a decision making process regarding workload, skill mix and resources. 1. Clean and monitor stock on all mobile storage trolleys in the Theatre Department. 2. Ensure a regular cleaning is maintained of both patient and instrument trolleys. 3. Clean and monitor theatre storage areas and ensure any stock and consumables are within date of usage. Adhere to infection control protocols in relation to cleaning and decontamination processes and ensure regular link to infection control department to ensure current guidelines are followed. 4.Ensure theatre systems are cleaned and decontaminated following infection control and medical electronics guidelines. 5.Maintain all records and database of theatre cleaning for internal and external audit purposes, utilising IT systems to secure accurate data. 6.Organise own daily workload e.g. use and cleaning of identified medical and non-medical equipment. 7.Maintain a clean, safe environment ensuring adherence to Trust standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control at all times. 8. Assist with the nursing cleaning of theatres following surgery as directed by the team leader 9.Ensure theatre equipment is deep cleaned on a rotational basis. 10.
