Experienced Carpenter

Rate: £22-£24 per hour

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Carpenter to join our team for an exciting pub refurbishment project in Burton on Trent. The project involves extensive refurbishment work and is expected to last 8 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to specifications.
• Install wooden structures such as flooring, joists, and partitions.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably with refurbishment projects.
• Excellent knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Own tools and PPE.

Position: Cleaner
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £12.82 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6pm to 8pm

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Ensure all areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Multi Tradesman in the property services sector.
• CSCS, NVQ, willing to do DBS check. Own tools, Transport and full ppe.
• A strong background in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, plastering, and tiling.
• Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Van and fuel card will be provided within this role. Minimum 6 points and a valid UK drivers' licence.
