This Job Opportunity Announcement (JOA) will be used to form a pool of qualified applicants who will be considered for direct hire vacancies as they become available.

1. As an AFIMSC Project Manager (PM), executes projects for substantial new construction, renovations, and improvements for real property facilities, encompassing highly specialized or unique requirements, in accordance with all DoD, Air Force, international agreements, and applicable host nation laws and regulations.
2. Collaborates with engineers, scientists, and other expert personnel at federal agencies, higher headquarters (HQ USAF, AF MAJCOMs, and FOAs) installation organizations, host nation agencies, other military services, and private organizations to ensure effective identification, evaluation, and provide a unique solution to complex engineering project management issues.
3. Provides resource management support.
4. Provides technical expertise to activities, staff, installations, and other organizations in order to resolve difficult/unusual facilities planning, design, construction, and/or maintenance problems/issues.
5. Communicates critical issues to staff agencies, installations, and superiors.

• Perform customer operational analyses
• Provide base level managers guidance on the applications of supply principles and disciplines
• Consistently and thoroughly evaluates the accuracy of data within various supply systems
• Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, to include but not limited to, Headquarters Air Force, Major Commands, Combatant Number Air Forces, Air Force Sustainment Center, Installations, and all sub-units

• Perform multidisciplinary professional engineering work involving the application of electronics, mechanical, aerospace, and/or other engineering disciplines or specialty areas to determine the business and technical needs of customers in the acquisition, development, or sustainment of weapon systems, sub-systems, support systems, equipment items, or an equivalent product.
• Function as the organization's technical specialist in developing system performance requirements, objectives and integration, and the estimation of time and resources for system design, development, and support.
• Perform complex and comprehensive analyses and uses systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to determine performance objectives and integration issues. Implements, develops, and documents projects; ascertains needed changes or modifications to production methods, procedures, and/or approaches; and documents systems requirements.
• Serve as a consultant and technical expert to senior subject matter specialists and/or agency officials responsible for broad program operations.

• Provides detailed multidisciplinary professional engineering expertise to the AFNWC Commander, PEO for Strategic Systems, PEO for Nuclear Command Control and Communications, and Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC).
• Serves as senior engineering consultant and technical expert to senior officials, intelligence specialists, program managers, and/or other agency representatives.
• Acts as the focal point in generation, review, edit, and in some cases approval of the offices intelligence products.
• Provides Intelligence supportability analysis of DoD/USAF Acquisition programs, systems, and processes.
• Ensures IC intelligence infrastructure analysis is performed for all AFNWC programs.

1. As a senior attorney, advises Headquarters, AFMC, AFLCMC, and 88th Air Base Wing Commander, as well as subordinate, tenant unit, and GSU
commanders and managers, on a host of general law matters.

2. For the most complex installation legal issues, prepares for and represents the DAF/installation and its legal interests in correspondence,
meetings, negotiations, and judicial and administrative hearings, involving federal, state, and local (and overseas, foreign) officials, parties with adverse
interests, and commercial entities.

3. Provides legal assistance to active duty military, dependents, eligible Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, retirees, and other DoD
cardholders, consistent with Air Force Instructions (AFIs) and legal office policy.

This position is temporary and has a Not-to-Exceed date. However, this position may be extended to the fullest legally allowable period without further competition. The appointment may also end early due to lack of work or funds.

• Serves as a Supply Stock Fund Specialist. Responsible for managing approved Annual Operating Budget (AOB) of Air Force Working Capital Fund (AFWCF), General Support Division (GSD) operating supply Stock Fund authority.
• Evaluate performance of assigned base supply SRANs GSD Supply Stock Fund operating programs and individual base-level Supply Stock Fund accounts for adequacy, efficiency and need for improvement.
• Performs GSD Supply Stock Fund budget formulation for annual/multi-year estimates for assigned Supply SRANs into a consolidated Budget Estimate Submission.
• Provides total quality service. Effectively advises management on trends, obligations, credit returns, gross sales, commitments, adjustments to targets, funding shortfalls, issues and concerns, and status of accounts.

• Performs multi-disciplinary professional engineering work involving the application of electronics, mechanical, aerospace, and/or other engineering disciplines to determine the test and range safety effects in the acquisition, development, or sustainment of weapon systems, sub-systems, support systems, equipment items, or an equivalent product.
• Functions as a technical specialist in analyzing and evaluating risks, developing system performance requirements, objectives and integration, and the estimation of time and resources for system design, development, and support as it relates to test and range safety and the duties of a Test and Range Safety Officer.
• Performs complex and comprehensive analyses and uses systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approaches to determine performance objectives and integration issues as it relates to test and range safety criteria.
• Serves as a consultant and technical expert to senior subject matter specialists and/or agency officials responsible for broad program operations.

• Performs multidisciplinary professional engineering work involving the application of electronics, mechanical, aerospace, and/or other engineering disciplines to determine the business and technical needs of customers in the acquisition, development, or sustainment of weapon systems, sub-systems, support systems, equipment items, or an equivalent product.
• Develops system performance requirements, objectives and integration, and the estimation of time and resources for system design, development, and support.
• Performs analysis and uses systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches to implement, develop, and document projects or tasks.
• Performs development engineering for systems and devices.

• Provides counsel and advice covering full range of employment, labor, and personnel law matters to management, including required representation for the Air Force in third-party administrative proceedings concerning employment-related disputes involving Commands and/or positions at RAFB.
• Serves as legal advisor on employment and labor matters.
• As the agency representative in employment disputes, the incumbent engages in settlement negotiations as appropriate with opposing parties.
• The incumbent provides assistance and guidance to eligible legal assistance clients regarding personal civil matters under AFI 51-504 (Legal Assistance, Notary, and Preventive Law Programs), in the areas of, for example, wills and estates, powers of attorney, probate forms, divorce, annulment, separation agreements, affidavits, change of name forms, consumer affairs, landlord-tenant law, real property, taxes, and other general civil law matters.
