1. 신상품개발 및 개정
    - 신상품개발을 위한 실현가능성 및 규정 체크
    - 상품개발에 대한 Group office 승인
    - 신규 위험율 개발
    - 상품 수익성 분석 및 Guideline 충족 여부 체크 및 확인
    - 감독원 및 개발원 등 승인기관 인가
    - 갱신계약 요율 변경, 검수

2. 규정 변경에 따른 상품 변경 및 반영
    - 감독규정, 보험업법 등 관련규정 변경에 따른 상품 개정 및 변경

3. 상품 유지/보수
    - 외부기관(FSS, KLIA, KIDI etc.) 요청 자료 검수
    - 상품 승인 Guideline 및 관련규정 스터디 및 공유
    - 유관부서 상품관련 유지, 보수에 대한 지원
    - Group office 서포트

[자격요건]

- 수학, 통계학과 등 학사 이상

- 상품개발/계리 부서에서의 최소 8년이상 근무한 자

- 보험 계리사(한국, 미국, 영국, 호주 등) 자격증 우대

- 유창한 영어 실력 (both verbal and written) 우대

About the Role

• 제휴 보험사 수입 수수료 및 시책 검증, 관리
• 영업 채널별 지급 수수료 및 시책비 산출, 검증 관리
• 수수료 지급 및 비용 처리 제반 업무 (산재 및 고용보험료 납부)
• 위촉계약직 사업소득 관련 업무 (자료산출, 연말정산 등)
• 해촉 설계사 미수금 관리 및 회수 절차 진행
• 수수료율 변경 사항 적용 등 수수료관련 전산운영 (신규개발 및 유지보수)

자격요건

• 보험회사 수수료 운영 업무 3년 이상
• 대학교 이상 졸업자
• MS Office 활용 능력

About the Role

[담당 업무]

1. 전략적 구매 계획 수립 및 계약 관리

- 구매 전략 수립 및 절차 진행 (마케팅, 컨설팅, 광고 등)

- 구매 절차 안내 및 관련 승인 진행

2. 공급업체/거래처 관리

- 시장 동향, 산업 트렌드를 조사하여 적합한 공급 업체를 선정하고 협력 관계 유지

- 주기적인 업체 관리를 통하여 Vendor Pool 최신화

3. 구매 시스템을 통한 계약 관리

- SAP ARIBA CLM(Contract Lifecycle Management)을 통해 계약 관리

- TPM(Third Party Management) Process에 따라 적시에 계약 갱신이 되도록 유관 부서 지원

- SAP Vendor Master 등록

- 시스템 매뉴얼 업데이트

4. 구매 관련 업무 지원

- 그룹의 구매 관련 기준/규정/지침을 국내화하고, 구매 절차를 준수할 수 있도록 안내 및 교육

- 금융감독원 등 관련 기관 보고 자료 작성

[자격요건]

- 최소 2년 이상의 구매 관리 경력 (2~5년 경력자 선호)

- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 활용 능력

- 분석적 사고 및 긍정적 커뮤니케이션 능력

- 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력

- 보험사, 디지털 마케팅 구매 경력 보유자
