Electrical Maintenance - Multi Skilled Engineer

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join our team, working in prestigious commercial office spaces in the heart of London's W1.

• Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Service and maintain electrical infrastructure, responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs.
• PPMs & Reporting: Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure eLogbooks are accurately updated.
• Reactive Works: Attend reactive calls and resolve issues within contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
• Subcontractor Oversight: Conduct inductions for subcontractors and oversee their work.
• Site Operations: Take ownership of tasks assigned by the Site Manager, ensuring successful completion.

The Medical Records Technician (Coder) is responsible for performing a quality review of patient care documents and assigning codes specific for the type of care provided.

Identifies the principal diagnosis and principal procedure (when applicable) for every inpatient discharge; also identifies significant complications and/or co-morbidities treated or impacting treatment to correctly determine the proper Diagnostic Related Group (DRG). Upon patient admission to the Nursing Home Care Unit, codes the admission diagnosis for use by unit staff.

Conducts re-reviews of codes abstracted for patient encounters (inpatient and outpatient) identified by the VISN VERA committee to determine if based on the documentation the specific VERA coding requirements were followed; corrects coding as needed to ensure proper patient classification in the VERA program.

Codes inpatient professional fee services for identified inpatient admissions in support of the Medical Care Cost Recovery (MCCR) program. Code selection is based upon strict compliance with regulatory fraud and abuse guidelines and VA specific guidance for optimum allowable reimbursement.

Establishes the primary and secondary diagnosis and procedure codes for billable outpatient encounters following applicable regulations, instructions, and requirements for allowable reimbursement; links the appropriate diagnosis to the procedure and/or determines level of Evaluation & Management service provided. Understands the nuances of the CPT coding system for Third Party Insurance cost recovery and accurately interprets instructional notations; bundles encounters when appropriate; identifies non-billable encounters.

This position is not under the Federal Law Enforcement Retirement System. The tour of duty will start at midnight. 

Brief Description of Duties:

• Supports efforts to reduce delinquency and recidivism through collaboration with local schools, community groups/associations, law enforcement agencies, and other collaborating organizations.
• Represents the Court Social Services Division (CSSD) at public safety and other community meetings addressing public safety by ensuring issues and concerns raised at such forums and meetings are communicated to the Office of the Director through the chain of command and also ensuring information regarding efforts and activities of the CSSD are expressed at such forums and meetings.
• Installs and removes electronic monitoring equipment primarily at the central office, and also in the various offices operated by the CSSD, the Youth Services Center (YSC), and also in the homes of court-supervised juvenile offenders.
• Provides community outreach to improve Court relationships with the community stakeholders.
• Provides electronic monitoring oversight across all CSSD satellite offices and in community settings.
• Provides troubleshooting support, monitors equipment malfunctions, and makes technical adjustments to GPS electronic devices, as needed.
• Monitors compliance (manual and electronic) and reports all violations to the designated Probation Officer of record via electronic and mobile communication with all notifications documented in the CSSD case management system.

Performs a full range of accounting duties using double-entry accrual accounting methods. Classifies
and verifies a wide variety of accounting documents in order to assure their mathematical correctness, completeness of information,
and to prepare control sheets with appropriate accounting codes. Maintains double-entry bookkeeping journals and subsidiary
ledgers, posting entries to establish accounts. Prepares monthly balances, reconciles accounts, and transcribes to general ledger for closeout of all accounts. Traces discrepancies, if necessary, to posting documents, computes operational expenses incurred by
individual activities for accounting services provided, and assigns charges appropriately. Reports prepared may include profit and
