Pay range: $104,000 - $120,000 annually
 

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Manage the C&W Services maintenance team at the distribution center.

• Allocate job plans, leveraging experience and judgment to achieve departmental goals.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to team members, maintaining high standards.
   

Operations:

• Formulate standards and work procedures, providing feedback on work order discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company and customer regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Oversee applicable codes, standards, and specifications for equipment and processes.

• Develop and implement QA/QC inspection protocol for work personnel and tasks.

Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the maintenance team, Account Manager, Planners, Customers, and Department.
   

Performance and Compliance:

• Ensure Maintenance department objectives and key metrics are met.

• Achieve performance expectations set forth in performance appraisals.

• Demonstrate leadership and sound judgment in decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Management, or a related field (preferred) AND transferrable management experience (3 years minimum; 5 years preferred).

• Reporting Key Performance Metrics (KPI) for a team of 10-15 associates.

• Working knowledge of repairs and preventive/predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.

• Proficiency in the use of basic/power tools, shop math, pneumatics, power transmissions, parts nomenclature, measurements, and fasteners.

• Ability to operate and knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, scissors lifts, and boom lifts).

• Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded by the job. All AMMs will work 4x12s. Shifts available include FHD, FHN, BHD, and BHN. Front Half is Sun-Wed and Back Half is Wed-Sat. AMMs should open to any of the shifts.

Position: Pharmacy Technician III
Department: Inpatient Pharmacy
Schedule: Per diem, M-S morning and evening rotating.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technician III is responsible for providing high quality patient focused pharmacy services.  Will also provide training and oversight for pharmacy Technicians I & II.

The Outpatient Pharmacy Technician III – role is responsible for the completion of assigned pharmacy workflow tasks with clearly defined goals for performance to ensure the operational flow of services provided are executed in a safe and efficient manner.  This role supports pharmacy services provided to patients and providers which shall include prescription processing, patient/provider outreach, addressing incoming pharmacy calls, other tasks as assigned, and will regularly provide updates on productivity and task completion. This position will work under the supervision of pharmacists and the pharmacy technician supervisor remotely to ensure delivery of high-quality patient focused pharmacy services.

This position operates at the highest outpatient technician competency level working with a high degree of autotomy while also being a part of a collaborative, yet virtual, team supporting the needs of the pharmacy. This position requires exceptional communication, coupled with the utmost in organization and efficiency acumen, with strong skills in multiple pharmacy competency areas, including outstanding customer service, in order to maximize patient safety and experience.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:

 Prescription transcription, adjudication, and error resolution processing steps

• Accurately transcribes and enters electronic prescriptions into the pharmacy management software.
• Completes patient and provider requests from the voicemail queue as appropriate.
• Completes scheduled refills of patient’s medications as required.
• Confirms patients’ demographic information as necessary for mail order prescriptions.
• Resolves prescription refill errors in the pharmacy management software as appropriate.
• Transfers prescriptions as requested by patients or other pharmacies.
• Resolves third party insurance claim issues.
• Forwards issues to a pharmacist on duty as appropriate.

Patient/provider outreach communication support

• Conducts medication compliance calls to patients.
• Contacts providers as needed for patient refills, prior authorizations, etc.
• Adheres to all HIPAA requirements while contacting patients, providers, and other pharmacy staff members.
• Adheres to all policies related to AIDET in providing service to patients, providers, and other pharmacy staff members.

Phone center management

• Answers inbound call from patients, providers, and other pharmacy staff members.
• Triages calls as necessary, working to resolve any outstanding prescription issues for those calling the pharmacy.
• Escalates calls to pharmacists, management, and other pharmacy staff members as necessary.
• Applies excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills to all interactions.
   

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:

• Massachusetts Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required with ExCPT or PTCB.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years progressively responsible experience in a pharmacy setting.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Work requires effective interpersonal skills to interact appropriately with hospital staff, patients, families/visitors, physicians, colleagues, and others.
• Ability to speak the English language, read, interpret, and follow complicated verbal and written instruction with precision, accuracy and dependability.
• Additional language skills (beyond that of English) appropriate to the patient population served is very helpful.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize essential tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong math skills required; ability to perform work accurately and pay attention to details, including being able to perform general mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios & proportions).
• Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information. Knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Comprehension of pharmacy law and Board regulations

Field Service Technician

Status: Non-Exempt (hourly)

Position Summary

The Field Service Technician will support our fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks, including performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. This person will be responsible for the installation and servicing of fuel cells at a specific location. This person will also be responsible for reporting breakdown events, parts ordering and maintenance of fuel cells at a specific location. This position presents a great amount of exposure to customer personnel and electric lift truck operators, and thus requires a person with excellent technical skills as well as communication, interpersonal and motivational skills. 

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance and service of fuel cells at customer sites.
• Performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and evaluations to maintain the fleet at a specific location.
• Performing specialized service procedures, including field retrofits and software and hardware upgrades to existing fuel cells.
• Providing on-call and emergency support service to customers as required
• Purchasing tools, equipment, and parts for customer service and support as required. 
• May require troubleshooting and maintenance of high-pressure hydrogen storage, 480VAC, flammability, cryogenic liquid, high pressure gas and fueling systems.
• May include maintaining ongoing communication with customer personnel hydrogen suppliers regarding aftermarket support of fuel cells.
• Providing regular feedback to regional service representatives regarding fuel cell performance and field maintenance issues.
• Completing administrative duties & documentation, including: incident reports, service logs, inventory maintenance and site and system documentation.
• Exhibiting and enforcing safety procedures in the field or customer sites.
• Travel as required for business needs; expected to drive safely and to adhere to all traffic laws
• Represent Plug Power in a professional manner at all times and in all interactions

Education and Experience

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework
• Three (3) or more years of direct experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
• Formal training and education may be also considered in lieu of direct experience
• Must possess a valid driver license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on regular basis unassisted
• Knowledge of lift truck operation and applications is highly preferred

Role Summary:
The Field Service Technician installs, commissions, monitors, troubleshoots, and repairs Flowserve’s equipment across industries such as oil and gas, chemical, nuclear, coal, and wastewater industries, depending on the customer engagement.

Your background:

As an Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician, you have:

• 3-5 years direct experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex electro mechanical and automated industrial distribution and production equipment preferred. 

• 3-5 years of experience with Motor Control systems (motor starts, servo drives, variable frequency drives (VFD), and AC/DC drives).    

• 3-5 years’ industrial 120v/480v electrical experience wiring motors/panels, PLC systems, tracing blown fuses, and running conduit/power lines preferred. 

• Experience using a multi-meter or any other type of electronic testing equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, charts, service manuals and parts diagram preferred. 

• Ability to troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs and modify software programs for material handling control systems, including Allen Bradley Controllogix and Compactlogix PLC platform utilizing RSLogix 5000 software package and Siemens Solutionline/Poweline drives.   

• An AA degree in Electronics, Computer Science or related field of study is preferred.

• Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment preferred to include understanding of Ethernet fundamentals.    

• Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, read schematics, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures.

Teledyne ETM, located in Newark, California, is seeking an Electronics Technician. We have several openings requiring a variety of skills, including: testing high power amplifiers and other high voltage/high power devices; troubleshooting technical problems in coordination with our engineering staff; managing your workload to meet a testing schedule for a product line; troubleshooting and repairing electronic systems and/or sub-assemblies.

The Role

Based at our cGMP Manufacturing facility in Norwood MA, this position will be responsible for maintenance and repairs of GMP/non-GMP process systems and support equipment. This position will also support troubleshooting, investigations, and reliability engineering for GMP/non-GMP process and support equipment.  This position will be the first responder to equipment issues and must follow through to ensure resolution by either self-performing the work or directing the activities of service providers. Here’s What You’ll Do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities to support process equipment and systems, in accordance with established procedures and/or approved practices.  Support efforts in developing remediation for follow-up and emergency work.

• Electrically / mechanically troubleshoot equipment and systems, and repair malfunctioning equipment.  Work with equipment owners/engineers and direct the performance of work by equipment vendors.

• Maintain cGMP records, both paper-based and electronic.

• Understand Asset Management and routine reliability concepts.

• Provide technical expertise for the maintenance and repair of manufacturing and support systems/equipment such as autoclaves, washers, formulation, vial/syringes lines, inspection, and label/packaging equipment.

• Provide technical expertise for the maintenance and repair of manufacturing utility systems, clean steam, WFI, CIP, process air, etc.

• Maintain Facilities SOPs as required.  Perform revisions and maintain author/owner responsibilities.

• Provide “on-call” support on a rotating basis. Support regular 24-7 operation of facility and respond to facilities issues as needed.

• Ensure that spare parts, tools, calibration standards and equipment are available to complete all assigned tasks.

• Respond to alarms and document activities in accordance with cGMP requirements. Working with equipment owners and develop remediation activities for alarms. 

• Manage contract service providers; including scheduling, training on required SOP’s, coordination and ensuring all work and documentation is performed in accordance with cGMP requirements.

• Administer and perform hazardous energy control procedures and confined space entry.  

• Other duties as required.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• AS or BS degree in a science/technical field, technical trade school or 5 years of relevant experience working in a regulated (cGMP preferred) environment.

• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations related to LOTO, MSDS, Confined Space and Hot Work.

• Military training equivalent of above is acceptable.

• Experience with calibration processes.

• Understanding of PLC controls for simple troubleshooting is preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required.  Ability to present own work to peers and cross-functional managers and influence leadership decisions.

Position Summary

The Field Service Technician will support our fuel cell products currently installed in electric lift trucks, including performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. • Utilize inventory, pm schedule and work order systems, and maintains the spare parts/supply inventory.

Your background:

As an Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician, you have:

• 1-3 years direct experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex electro mechanical and automated industrial distribution and production equipment preferred. 

• 1-3 years of experience with Motor Control systems (motor starts, servo drives, variable frequency drives (VFD), and AC/DC drives) preferred.    

• 1-3 years’ industrial 120v/480v electrical experience wiring motors/panels, PLC systems, tracing blown fuses, and running conduit/power lines preferred. 

• Experience using a multi-meter or any other type of electronic testing equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, charts, service manuals and parts diagram preferred. 

• Ability to perform minor troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs and modify software programs for material handling control systems, including Allen Bradley Controllogix and Compactlogix PLC platform utilizing RSLogix 5000 software package and Siemens Solutionline/Poweline drives preferred.   

• An AA degree in Industrial Technology, Electronics, Computer Science or related field of study is preferred.

• Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment preferred to include understanding of Ethernet fundamentals.    

• Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, read schematics, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures.

Field Service Technician – Gensure / HP Stationary

Position Summary

The Stationary Service Technician will provide comprehensive support and maintain our GenSure product, inclusive of the ProGen fuel cells within the GenSure assembly currently installed at customer remote locations, including performing preventative maintenance and resolving breakdowns. The role requires highly adept technical and troubleshooting skills both with electro-mechanical and industrial gas systems. This position requires troubleshooting electrical/mechanical prototypes on site to correct operational deviations with minimal supervision by an engineer remotely.

The ideal candidate should exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills as this role will offer a large amount of exposure to customer personnel. This selected candidate should have strong knowledge of high voltage AC and DC, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of controls. This position requires work in both indoor and outdoor locations in all weather.

Shift: Monday-Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform physical inspection and calibration, preventative maintenance, and repairs on all mechanical and electrical assets impacting the operation of the facility, physical structure, and exterior grounds
• Exposure and cross-training in inspections and basic repairs of refrigeration system
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on material handling equipment per manufacturer and company guidelines to ensure continual and safe operation
• Maintain reporting of inspections, evaluations, preventive maintenance procedures and communicate all pertinent information regarding equipment operation and maintenance to leadership daily
• Other tasks as assigned

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate power tools, cutting torch and other welding apparatus to cut or join metal parts
• Utilize onsite motorized lift and rental equipment as needed while operating, inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• 5 years of experience preferred in building maintenance or material handling equipment maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of Material Handling Equipment Maintenance (i.e. Forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, aerial lifts, etc.)
• Capable of completing preventative maintenance with instructions and minimal supervision
• Fully proficient with, and capable of operating power and hand tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to interact and communicate with all levels of the facility
• Possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload with demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs./23 kgs.
