Working 35 hours a week.

Responsibilities of a Fabric Technician:

• Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our clients' building facilities.
• Utilize your fabric expertise to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of building fabric elements, including walls, flooring, ceilings, and much more.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements of a Fabric Technician:

• Possess a strong background in fabric maintenance and hold relevant qualifications in a related field.
• Exhibit strong initiative, take ownership of tasks, and have the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrate exceptional troubleshooting skills, with a knack for finding innovative solutions to complex maintenance challenges.
