MOBILE HGV TECHNICIAN

OTE: £55,000pa

Mobile HGV Technician salary: £50,505pa (45hours pw + 5 hours OT)
Location: Covering Slough and surrounding area
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 45 hours per week - Overtime available weekdays and some Saturdays
Benefits: Paid door to door, Overtime paid at time and a half after 45 hours, 5-10 hours overtime available per week

·HGV, PSV or LCV Technician experience
·Full UK Driving Licence
·Class 1 or 2 licence advantageous

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing contractor based in the West London area who are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

They are looking for an experienced Supervisor who is experienced in overseeing repairs.

• To ensure appropriate commercial controls are in place and adhered to
• Control the commercial aspects of the supply chain gearing maximum leverage and work seamlessly within the business
• Responsible for overseeing some members of the team
• Firm Understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works and disrepair building maintenance surveying background would be desirable
• Previous experience working in the social housing/local authority sector
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Proactive approach to work
• Proven track record for being Reliable and punctual
• Must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle
