Job Title: Maintenance Fabric Supervisor
Location: Large commercial site near Abingdon
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Maintenance Fabric Supervisor looking for a new challenge? My client have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join their team at a large commercial site near Abingdon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities related to building fabric, including repairs, refurbishments, and installations.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime and maximise the lifespan of building assets.
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to procure materials and services required for maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment inventory.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a large commercial or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance techniques and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in building maintenance, construction, or a related field would be advantageous.
