Job Title: LCV Technician
Location: Poole
Hours: Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota
Salary: Up to £36,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £44,000+)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LCV Technician to join our client's main commercial dealership in the Poole area. The successful LCV Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of light commercial vehicles.

LCV Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
- Communicate with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
LCV Technician Requirements:
- You will need to have experience as an LCV technician and a relevant and up to date qualification.
- You will be a person who takes great pride in your work.
- You will have incredible attention to detail and an eye for spotting things others cannot.
- You will need a full valid UK driving licence.
- A stocked toolbox that you can use for work.
