Omni Dental & The Dental Solution (TDSA) are a leading dental prosthesis laboratory servicing dentists throughout Australia. We support clinicians in delivering quality restorative services and improving the patient experience by developing, designing, and manufacturing leading dental devices. Working closely with clients through case planning and management, we provide a full suite of services, including permanent and removable prosthetic devices, such as crowns and bridges, full arch restorations, and implant restorations.
We are searching for a skilled, dedicated and hard-working Dental Technician to join our dynamic team of technicians. We have access to the most advanced technologies in the industry and we are looking for the right person who is motivated to learn and develop themselves with us.
We have positions available in Perth (WA) and Melbourne (VIC).

The role would include: -
• Design, construct, adjust, and repair dental appliances, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and other dental appliances, ensuring accuracy, fit, and functionality.
• Utilise CAD/CAM technology to design crown & bridge and implant cases, varying in complexity.
• Carry out 3D printing and milling tasks
• Carry out complex prosthetic planning.
• Determine and select appropriate materials and design and production processes for dental appliances, considering factors such as durability, aesthetics, and patient goals.
• Work proactively with clinicians and other clients to understand patient requirements and preferences and collaborates on treatment plans, researching solutions and guiding discussions and decisions on best available options as necessary.
• Operate and maintain a range of dental laboratory tools, machinery, and equipment following standard operating procedures and laboratory practices.
• Prioritise work within established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to standard.
Role requirements:
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in dental prosthetic work.
• Experience working in a digital dental laboratory
• Have a high attention to detail, and interested in dental technology development
• A diploma of Dental Technology, or equivalent qualification (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years' work experience (post qualification)
