About Us:
Established in 2003, Alliance Geotechnical provides innovative specialty consultancy and testing services on large scale civil and infrastructure projects. Over the last 8 years we’ve grown 5 times, from 20-100 employees and we now work on a diverse range of signature projects with blue-chip clients such as Acciona, Ausgrid, Jemena, CPB and Gamuda. For example, we’ve worked on projects in the Sydney Opera House, Westconnex Link Tunnel, Parramatta Light Rail, Sydney International Speedway and solar farms across Australia, to name just a few. In 2015 we opened our specialty geo-testing laboratory which liaises with universities to provide state-of-the art testing for Tier 1 companies and which has the best equipment in Australia.
Yet none of this would have been possible without our amazing, diverse team, including more than 27 different nationalities. People like our lab technician who in just five years became a senior engineer, overseeing a team of 11. Or our engineer who switched to environmental consulting and now runs our Environmental Operations team of 20 people. We hire for great attitude and have built a supportive culture, as we believe that it’s our purposeful people that really drive our business success.
We are continuously improving our employee’s welfare via innovations such as our well-being allowance that you can use to buy gym shoes, yoga apps or that backyard trampoline. Or maybe you would like to take a longer holiday with our purchased leave scheme. We also help you build your professional expertise by getting you to work in areas that stretch you, or with others who can help you develop your skillset. Our long-term goal is to be known industry-wide as the ‘go-to’ experts in the geo-tech field, disrupting the market with our innovative practices.
