• Applies extensive knowledge of industrial engineering processes to perform long-range pre-production planning for prime and support workload requirements relevant to depot maintenance.
• Develops/revises standards including labor, material, equipment and facilities for operations cards, labor, and material standards necessary for documentation of work requirements on engine workload and subsequent analysis for refinement.

1. Responsible for Flight Services, obtaining flight clearances, and validating required Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) and other Go-no-Go pre-flight data.

3. Monitors substantiating personnel listings, independently determines the status of incoming/outgoing Personnel in Change of Station (PCS), Separation/Retirement, and Temporary Duty (TDY) status, and performs a wide-range of aviation management duties.
4. Manages aviation resource programs, utilizing Ad-Hoc reports and the Centralized AF ARMS systems; monitors the resources and training requirements for mission accomplishment and safety of flight.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron , a Maintenance Squadron , an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. Advises employees regarding policies, procedures and directives of management. Maintains sound positions management practice when determining types and numbers of positions to support the organizational mission.
3. Represents organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise.

Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Performs phlebotomy (venipuncture) and other laboratory specimen collections on patients ranging from minimally to critically ill who may be hard to draw.
• Assists in training other personnel in proper phlebotomy and specimen collection techniques.
• Receives and processes a variety of laboratory specimens using processing methods in accordance with established laboratory policies and procedures.
• Performs accessioning procedures either manually or by use of computer terminal; labels specimens and request form with Accession number labels; and specimens to one of the laboratory sections responsible for performing the test.
• Properly labels specimens, prepares aliquots, and delivers specimens to appropriate testing section in the laboratory department.

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is: To function as the base Test Control Officer (TCO) and primary Test Examiner (TE) in the administration of the military personnel testing program, to perform technical, specialized work in support of Total Force education and training functions.

Duties:

• Manages and oversees the installation's military personnel testing program for accession and aptitude testing, promotion testing, and proficiency, and career development and progression testing.
• Provides support in verifying, maintaining, and updating promotion eligibility status, education and development levels, and training records in multiple office automation software and databases.
