We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Support Technician with a specialisation in Intune to join our Team. The ideal candidate
will not only provide comprehensive IT support but will also focus on managing and optimizing our clients' Intune compliance and
configuration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior IT support experience and a working knowledge of Intune to
grow and contribute to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
* IT Support: Provide support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
* Intune Management: Configure and manage Intune policies and profiles to ensure compliance with security standards and client
requirements.
* Client Consultation: Advise clients on best practices for Intune deployment and compliance, tailoring solutions to meet their
specific needs.
* System Monitoring: Continuously monitor client systems to identify and address potential issues before they impact business
operations.
* Documentation: Maintain detailed records of configuration settings, compliance measures, and support activities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration and support across all client systems.
* Problem-Solving: Utilise logical thinking and technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex IT problems.
* Updates and Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest Intune features and updates, ensuring clients benefit from the most recent
technologies.

Job Type:
At Heliocentrix, we believe the most important thing is finding the right person for the role. We’re committed to being a flexible
employer and are happy to discuss different working patterns.
This role could be Full Time or Part Time, with a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 41 working hours per week and can be delivered in
a hybrid way.
Salary:
Competitive, dependent on experience within the salary range of £30,000-£37,000. Please include your salary expectations with your
